Xiaomeng Anaerobic Exercise and Rest Part 3
Xiaomeng has been watching Tokyo Olympics these days and decided to learn from the athletes and keep exercising. As a result, the popular “Anaerobic Exercise and Rest” series now receives its new chapter! Like in the previous chapters, Xiaomeng was blindfolded and wearing her latex catsuit and a breathplay hood. However, this time the hood has no breathing holes at all. I believe that this new version will create better anaerobic effect than using the old hood with a breathing hole and blocking the hole afterwards. The first half of the video is all about anaerobic exercise. Xiaomeng did several rounds of high knees, sit-ups, lunge stretch and plank. She seems to have improved her physical strength a lot since last time, and for each round she can persist longer than before. The second half is of course anaerobic rest. I fastened Xiaomeng to a chair by taping her legs and wrists to the chair. First I made a test run to record her baseline of anaerobic rest, which is about 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. She said that all her muscles were aching. Well, it means that the intensity of the anaerobic exercise is sufficient, but the duration of the anaerobic rest is not long enough...
