She's tracked him down to his secret lair in the suburbs, and she bravely confronts him. But the wily criminal is prepared for the delectable do-gooder, and he's created a dampening field to prevent the Electric Avengeress from using her high-voltage powers against him! The booted super-babe is subdued, and Tapemaster has bound his adversary with his diabolical anti-electric tape (of course)! Blue Bolt remains defiant, promising him she'll still prevail. The evildoer quickly tires of her static, and he uses a med-wrap gag to quiet her plucky attitude. Now facing a serious power outage, the busty crimebuster realizes she's in real trouble, and it gets worse when her for uses more of his special tape to hogtie her. Blue Bolt continues her valiant resistance, but there's no outlet from this revolting development. Then she's shocked when the villain pulls down her costume to expose her considerable breasts. This indignity sparks a new surge of struggling, but the hogtied super-damsel is still stuck as the Tapemaster's powerless prisoner!
